Le Provençal is a mix between the bricelet vaudois pastry tradition and the provence flavors. Elaborated with the Eclair house in Ecublens, Switzerland, my approach was to design a plug-in which feet in their cooking irons. These mold are made in milled certified culinary aluminium. The taste of the two flavors, orange for sweet and rosemary for salty are engraved on the patterns, so you can clearly have a look on the savor of the waffle before tasting.
